Sikich Appoints Two Partners

NAPERVILLE, Ill. (February 1, 2013)

Sikich LLP selects Jane Strass and James Busch as partners.  

“Throughout their years with Sikich, Jim and Jane have demonstrated unmatched talents and positive energy,” Sikich’s CEO and managing partner James Sikich said in a statement.

Jane Strass

Strass leads the firm’s Microsoft Dynamics GP implementation team in the corporate office, overseeing the successful deployment of clients’ enterprise resource planning solutions. She has more than 16 years of technology and project management experience. Strass guides clients through a business requirements assessment, trains end users and provides post-implementation support.

Strass earned her MBA at DePaul University and bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois. She is also a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional.

James (Jim) Busch

Busch, who has more than 20 years of experience in the accounting profession, will serve as a partner is the firm’s St. Louis office. He works with clients in the construction, distribution, printing, manufacturing and non-profit industries. He also specializes in audits, reviews and compilations, as well as tax services for both corporations and individuals.

Busch earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University, and he is affiliated with the AICPA, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Government Finance Officers Association of Missouri.
