Daniel Won has joined SingerLewak as partner in the firm’s tax group in San Francisco.

Won has more than 26 years of experience in public accounting covering both tax and audit engagement in various industries. 

Won’s industry of focus includes investment funds, technology and real estate. 

Prior to joining SingerLewak, Won was a partner at ACSB.  He joined ACSB in 2010 to assist them in setting up their west coast operations and to leverage off of ACSB deep expertise in investment companies and broker dealers. Prior to ACSB, Won was a partner at BGWB where he spent more than 20 years of his career.

Won earned his B.S. and MBA degrees at California State University East Bay. He is a member of the AICPA and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

In his spare time Won serves as a tax columnist for the music website, Vitaminic. He’s also a speaker on international tax matters for the Bar Association of San Francisco, and adjunct professor for the University of California at Berkeley.
