Weaver Adds New Partner

Mark Watson has joined Weaver as a partner in the tax and strategic business services division. Watson will work out of the firm’s Houston office.

He primarily focuses on individual and fiduciary income tax, estate and gift tax, generation-skipping transfer tax and philanthropic matters. “Mark’s background and skills in tax compliance and consulting makes him well-suited for Weaver,” Weaver’s CEO Tommy Lawler said in a statement. “We believe our Houston clients will benefit from his extensive experience in oil and gas and individual tax matters.”
