Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte Appoints Two New Partners

Sarah Robinson and Scott Kind have been promoted from audit managers to partners at Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte CPAs PC.

[IMGCAP(1)] Robinson has been with the firm since 1999 and works with commercial clients, government entities and employee benefit funds. In her new role, Robinson will be directly responsible for client account management and additionally, she will continue to lead the monthly senior accountant round tables that the firm administers.

Robinson meets all continuing professional education requirements in accordance with Governmental Auditing Standards and Circular A-133. She recently became an active member of the Empire Business Network and outside of work; she sits on the board of directors for the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York.

A graduate of the College of Saint Rose, Robinson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

[IMGCAP(2)] Kind, who joined the firm in 2002, managed and supervised a large client base throughout the construction, real estate development and not-for-profit sectors.

As partner, Kind will continue to oversee engagements within those areas and plans to increase his involvement with outside organizations.

Kind is a member of Northeastern Subcontractors Association, a trade association that he has been particularly active within the organization’s newly founded Young Professionals Committee. In addition, he is involved with the Capital Region Homebuilders and Remodelers Association.

Additionally, Kind will continue to serve as a member of the firm’s internal construction and real estate committees. Kind is a graduate of Siena College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
