9/19/2011 Conference Manual Ads
Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" border around your design. E-mail the ad to Crystal Smith or save it to a CD-ROM and overnight it to Crystal's attention at: One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $395 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Monday, September 19, 2011.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

RESERVE YOUR ROOM BY SEPTEMBER 19TH

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Cosmopolitan Hotel on October 25th only, due to the Bellagio being sold out of our room block that night at a special discounted rate of $169 (excluding taxes). Shuttle bus transportation will be available from the Cosmopolitan to the Bellagio on the morning of October 26th between the hours of 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Complimentary luggage storage will be provided for all attendees changing from the Cosmopolitan to the Bellagio

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is September 19th. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Friday, September 23, 2011 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Tuesday, October 18, 2011. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed above but not before Monday, October 24, 2011.
