10/15/10	Company Description and Logo 50 Word company description including the company address, contact, phone, email and website address that will be listed in the conference manual Logo in a vector format, EPS, Illustrator or PNG. 10/15/10	Conference Manual Ads Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" border around your design. E-mail the ad to Crystal Smith or save it to a CD-ROM and overnight it to Crystal's attention at: One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004.
10/15/10	Staff Registration forms due Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $395 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Monday, October 18, 2010.

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Wynn Las Vegas at a special discounted rate of $119 (excluding taxes). Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is October 5. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
