8/19/11	Staff Registration forms due Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually. Please use the Register Your Team link to register your staff. Please note that any members of your company participating as speakers on the agenda are automatically registered for all functions and sessions of the event.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $399 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Friday, August 19, 2011.

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel at a special discounted rate of $234 (excluding taxes). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at 1-800-266-9432 and request a room in the Accounting C4 Cloud Computing Collaborative Community room block. You may also register online via the Accounting C4 reservation link. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is August 22, 2011. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

**Very Important Information: The Accounting C4 Cloud Computing Collaborative Community group rate is only valid on the nights of Sunday, September 18 and Monday, September 19. Room nights outside of these dates will not receive the group rate and are subject to the hotel's market rate.**
