AICPA National Conference on Current SEC and PCAOB Developments

Attendees can gain insight into the financial regulatory outlook for U.S. public companies from key SEC, PCAOB, FASB and IASB policymakers at the American Institute of CPAs’ national Conference on Current SEC and PCAOB Developments.

SEC commissioner Luis A. Aguilar will deliver the keynote address. Other speakers include 

PCAOB chairman James Doty, FASB chairman Leslie F. Seidman, IASB chairman Hans Hoogervorst, PCAOB board member Jay Hanson, SEC acting chief accountant Paul Beswick, PCAOB chief auditor and director of professional standards Martin F. Baumann, AICPA chairman Richard Caturano, and Center for Audit Quality executive director Cindy Fornelli.

The conference takes place at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C., with video simulcasts at the Sentry Center Midtown East, the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco, the Summit Executive Centre in Chicago, and the Westin Park Central in Dallas. Sessions are available in real time via the Internet.
