More than 200 industry professionals from real estate, accounting, and law will converge to learn about the challenges and recent developments shaping the real estate industry.
The full-day event will offer insights from industry leaders about current real estate trends, the best tools for structuring transactions, what the future holds for the New York City real estate market and details behind notable transactions of 2013.
This year’s conference will feature a keynote address from Edward Coco, senior managing director and U.S. national sales leader at GE Capital Real Estate. Coco will provide perspective on how GE Real Estate emerged as a major commercial and real estate lender in the wake of the last economic downturn, refocusing its strategy and reinventing itself as an industry leader.
The conference takes place on Dec. 17 at the Marriott Marquis Times Square in New York. For more information, click here.
