Burlingame, Calif. (March 20, 2013)

ProformaTECH highlights how corporate finance and related leaders are redefining relationships with IT colleagues to leverage technology in meeting dynamic business challenges.

The conference is held by Proformative, a knowledge-sharing community for CFOs and corporate finance leaders. The Association for Financial Professionals has approved up to five recertification credits for treasury professionals attending ProformaTECH 2013.

ProformaTECH combines educational sessions, best practices and expert advice with a showcase of real-world applications across multiple technologies and industries. As technology continues to play an increasingly larger role in shaping corporate strategy, understanding how enterprise technology adoption is driving top line growth and productivity is a growing imperative for treasurers who hope to take on a more strategic role in their organizations. ProformaTECH enables corporate treasury professionals the opportunity to help grow their companies and careers

in an era where they are increasingly asked to fulfill a multitude of roles, including a more visible and central role in risk management, finance oversight, and strategic decision making.

ProformaTECH 2013 will be held on March 20 at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport Hotel. Four topical educational tracks will focus on best practices across the Finance, Accounting and Treasury technology spectrum, including “Generating Business Value Through the Use of Treasury Technology,” which will be co-presented by David Watt, treasury manager of URS Corporation and Bob Stark, vice president of marketing strategy of Kyriba, the global leader in next generation treasury solutions in the cloud.
