The ACA's Employer Mandate

ADP is offering a webinar on June 4 called “The ACA’s Employer Mandate – How Recent Guidance Could Impact Your Compliance.” The session will look more closely at changes to the employer mandate and how it impacts your business. Topics include:

•    Additional employer mandate transition relief for 2015: If you’re an employer with more than 100 full-time or full-time equivalent employees, you’ll be subject to employer mandate requirements beginning in 2015. However, the law provides some transition relief that will make it easier to comply with the new regulations. We’ll talk you through the transition rules.

•    Methods for determining full-time employees: This portion of the webinar will focus on the different methods for determining full-time employee status under the ACA.

•    Strategies for penalty avoidance and risk mitigation: We will review strategies that your business can employ to help avoid penalties and help mitigate risk.

The free, hour-long webinar will begin at 1:00pm ET on Wednesday, June 4, and will be led by John Haslinger, vice president of benefits outsourcing consulting at ADP, and representatives of the Groom Law Group.
