The Las Vegas office will be led by Brandon Sherman, partner in the process, risk and governance practice and leader of the firm’s hospitality and gaming practice. Tax partner Andy Burnett will provide leadership for the Las Vegas tax practice.

TEXAS

Jaynes Reitmeier Boyd & Therrell, Waco, is merging in fellow Waco firm Coker, Wommack & Co. The merged practice will retain the name JRBT and employ 106 professionals. CWC has six partners and nine staff. JRBT has 12 partners and 74 staff. The firms aren’t releasing financial details of the merger, but the merged firm has $16 million in combined revenue.
