ARIZONA

Eide Bailly announced submissions are now being accepted for the fifth annual Eide Bailly “Resourcefullness Awards,” which recognize outstanding nonprofit revenue generation initaitives with a $10,000 award and two $2,500 awards given in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota and Utah. Independent judges from the nonprofit community will review and score finalists in each state, and award recipients will be announced Nov. 9. (Read the full story.)

BKD received the 2017 Bridging the Gap IT/Firm Management Project of the Year award, which recognizes a firm project implemented within the last 12 months that leverages technology to accelerate the achievement of the firm’s vision and goals.

Anchin Private Client won the New York State Society of CPAs’ annual Family Office Cup for the second consecutive year. Anchin team members Sean Graf, Michelle Privitelli, and Elana Tamas presented how a family legacy is created, maintained and protected over multiple generations for the topic of “Family Legacy.” Their presentation touched on succession planning and next generation planning, wealth transfer, cultural impact, relationships, governance and philanthropy.
