Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, Chicago, launched its Center for the Return of Manufacturing, which aims to help middle-market manufacturing companies initiate operations or return them to the United States. It will also offer services to companies abroad looking to launch operations here. Jeff Jorge will serve as leader of the CFRM.
