Stephen Ambler (pictured) has been promoted to vice president of service and delivery at RoseRyan, Newark, overseeing recruiting, retention and learning development initiatives, as well as matching firm talent with client engagements. He has been with the firm since 2012.

Kevin Paul has joined Seiler, Redwood City, as chief operating officer. A Chartered Certified Accountant, Paul had previously served as CFO of an intellectual property law firm.

Else Bos, executive director and chair of prudential supervision at De Nederlandsche Bank, the central bank of the Netherlands, has joined the board of the SASB Foundation for a three-year term.

Todd Rahn has joined FTI Consulting Inc. as a senior managing director in the forensic & litigation consulting segment, where he will lead the Bay Area offering of the firm's SEC and accounting advisory services practice out of San Francisco. He previously spent 22 years at Deloitte.
