AccuFund has released the latest version of its accounting software suite for nonprofit, municipal and government organizations, including new usability, reporting and e-mail features.

Version 3.09 of the AccuFund Accounting Suite features enhancements to many of the core modules, adding general ledger allocations and e-mail capabilities to the Financial and Standard Report Writers.

The Client Accounting module has been extended to include client invoicing. Client invoicing enables agencies to set up the many levels of services or care associated with a client and then calculate charges and generate billing automatically.

With the AccuFund Accounting Suite Financial Report Writer and Standard Report Writer, users e-mailing reports directly from the system can now break out a specific page or pages in a report automatically and distribute the pages via e-mail to different individuals or the appropriate manager or department. The Report Writer can also be used to send notices and statements to vendors, customers and employees.

For organizations that only need basic allocation capabilities and do not require the ability to define complex, multi-step allocations, the General Ledger Allocations Module now includes configurable allocation templates in which users simply complete fields and create standard allocations forms. The Allocation Management module also provides capabilities for more complex allocations.

The Year-End module now offers the ability to handle 1099 and W2 processing for multiple legal entities within a single database. Further usability enhancements are also included in the Payroll, Human Resources and Budget Development modules.

The AccuFund Accounting Suite Version 3.09 is available in both standard and professional editions. Single-user pricing begins at $2,995 for the standard edition and $6,595 for the professional edition.
