Arnett & Foster PLLC, of Charleston, W. Va., and Toothman Rice PLLC of Bridgeport, W. Va., have merged. The firms joined forces on August 1, and will change their name to Arnett Foster Toothman PLLC at a later time.
Steven Robey, managing partner at Arnett & Foster, said in a statement that Toothman Rice will give Arnett & Foster, which specializes in health care, banking and tax services, access to the construction and oil and gas sectors. “We will now have more opportunity for even greater specialization and will be in a position to provide more diverse technical support to clients.”
The new firm will have a total of 140 employees who will work throughout the Charleston, Bridgeport, Morgantown, Buckhannon and Lewisburg offices, as well as in Columbus, Ohio. According to Toothman Rice and Arnett & Foster’s Web sites, six partners from Toothman Rice and 17 from Arnett & Foster will own the new firm.
