Berdon Names Co-MPs

IMGCAP(1)]Mark Bosswick, CPA, and Stuart Kotler, CPA, have been named co-managing partners of New York City-based Top 100 Firm Berdon LLP, effective January 1. They succeed long-time managing partner Stanley Freundlich, who has taken on the role of MP emeritus.

[IMGCAP(2)]Both Bosswick and Kotler have been with the firm for over 25 years. Bosswick, a tax attorney, focuses on family businesses and high-net-worth individuals in a variety of industries, including real estate, financial services, entertainment and hospitality. Kotler also works with real estate companies and family-owned and closely held businesses, often representing clients as a key negotiator in complex transactions.

Bosswick holds a BS in Accounting, a JD from Brooklyn Law School, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Kotler holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Taxation from NYU, as well as a JD from Cardozo Law School.

[IMGCAP(3)]Freundlich had been MP since 1980, after joining the firm in 1962. Under him, Berdon has grown into one of the Top 30 firms in the country, and one of the Top 10 in the New York area, with over $90 million in net revenue.
