Online invoicing provider Bill.com has expanded its mobile services for small and midsized businesses and accounting and bookkeeping firms with new accountants receivable and collaboration features.

Bill.com Mobile provides the ability to send and update invoices, track payments, collaborate with customers and maintain records of the entire accounts receivable process using a smartphone. The cloud-based system works with the Android, iPhone, BlackBerry, or Windows mobile devices.

With Bill.com Mobile, users now can view a dashboard of open and overdue invoices, access a list of received electronic payments, and see images of customer invoices. They can also send or email invoices and payment reminders to customers from mobile devices, collaborate with customers by adding notes to customer invoices and viewing notes before and after sending invoices, approve vendor bills and add notes to approvals, and schedule payments and adjust dollar amounts to optimize cash flow.
