CBIZ, Inc. has acquired certain assets of Diversified Industries, Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Diversified Industries, which conducts business as Payroll Control Systems, launched in 1996 in Brooklyn Center, Minn. PCS provides payroll, payroll tax, time and labor, and human resources solutions to more than 1,400 small and mid-sized clients throughout the U.S.

The deal is expected to add 37 employees and approximately $6 million to CBIZ annual revenue.
