CCH Offers Emergency Support for Victims of Sandy

Tax and accounting software and information provider CCH laid out disaster recovery policy to support customers whose practices have been affected by Hurricane Sandy.

For its research customers, the company will send free replacements of print products (or equivalent products for those that are no longer in print), and will provide free online access to the CCH IntelliConnect research platform until customers receive their replacement copies. At the customer’s request, the company will also temporarily change customer mailing addresses to another address not affected by the storm. All IntelliConnect IDs and passwords will remain active so customers can access their subscriptions from remote locations, and all affected customers will receive automatic renewal of subscriptions that end before they are able to resume their practice.

Research customers can contact CCH at (800) 248-3248, or by opening an online support ticket
