CliftonLarsonAllen Merges in Jenkins & Vojtisek

Top 100 firm CliftonLarsonAllen LLP has merged with the Racine, Wis.-based CPA firm Jenkins & Vojtisek SC.

Seventeen Jenkins & Vojtisek professionals, including partners Steve Jenkins and Rick Vojtisek, will join CLA and remain in their current Racine location.

“We built Jenkins & Vojtisek on the principles of professionalism, responsiveness and quality,” Jenkins said in a statement. “CliftonLarsonAllen practices the same values and dedication to ensuring the success of their clients and their employees. We’re very enthusiastic about joining an organization that so closely aligns with our own.”

Jenkins has worked with commercial clients since 1985, including local small businesses and Fortune 500 companies throughout North America. He works closely with business clients on tax planning, strategic decision-making, budgeting and accounting system issues.

Vojtisek has more than 15 years of experience in the accounting profession and specializes in accounting, audit and tax needs of closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations. He also serves as a contract CFO to a wide range of companies in the region.
