Eide Bailly LLP has acquired the Littleton, Colo.-based boutique tax firm Clark & Srsich LLC. The firm’s newest addition will provide services from its Golden, Colo., office.

In light of the deal, Eide Bailly will gain two partners and four staff members.

“The addition of C&S strengthens our SALT team and gives us more experience to deal with complex corporate and partnership taxation issues,”  Ron Hecht, partner and leader of the firm’s National Tax Office, said in a statement.

“We have added many specialties to our tax practice, including state and local tax services and cost segregation studies,” said Hecht.

Eide Bailly has been busy with its strategic growth plans this year. Less than two weeks ago Voller, Lee, Suess & Associates agreed to join the firm. The combination will take effect on December 1.

In August, the firm added Schmitt, Griffiths, Smith & Co. to its roster and shortly thereafter Cost Seg Associates LLC. (see Eide Bailly Merges in Schmitt, Griffiths, Smith & Co. and Eide Bailly Picks Up Cost Seg Associates Team).
