Form Creation Tool Adds Math to Forms

Your Dollar Matters has introduced version 2.0 of TheFormTool Pro, a document assembly and forms creation tool for Microsoft Word, with new mathematical features for audit reports and other types of documents.

TheFormTool allows the author of a document to control decisions and computations for subsequent users. All of the data created or computed by TheFormTool is embedded in the document itself. No additional files, programs, widgets or tools are necessary to create or use the finished document.

“With Version 2.0 TheFormTool for the first time adds to ordinary Word documents and forms the ability to compute for themselves math equations from the simple to the complex,” said R. W. Christensen, Jr., CEO of Your Dollar Matters, Inc., the distributor of TheFormTool.

Users can enter their data once and TheFormTool will automatically manage nouns/pronouns, singular/plural, subject/verb agreements and capitalization. The software supports a variety of number, date and table formats. TheFormTool can compute future and past date offsets in business or calendar days, weeks, months or years. The offsets can be a fixed quantity or a variable, the value of which is supplied when completing the form.

Dynamic conditions (based on user input) can be set to automatically select words, phrases, sentences and paragraphs depending on a user’s responses. Documents, forms and data can be shared among users across networks.

The software can be used in audit reports, asset purchase agreements, appraisals, assessments, bankruptcy filings, bids, contracts, complaints, compliance certificates, evaluations, fee agreements, interview summaries, leases, mortgages, patient intake, history and evaluation, pleadings, reports of all kinds, statements of work, and other types of documents.

TheFormTool supports Microsoft Word 2007 and later versions on Windows operating systems. Documents are saved in Microsoft Word docm or docx files and are fully compatible with all Word commands, protocols and programs.

The software costs $89. For more information, visit www.theformtool.com.
