Gross Mendelsohn Merges With Cox Ferber

Gross, Mendelsohn & Associates, PA has merged with Cox Ferber & Associates LLC of Cockeysville, Md.

Cox Ferber’s founding partner, George Cox, and six staff members will join the Gross Mendelsohn team. The employees will relocate to Gross Mendelsohn’s office in Baltimore City, Md.

“We are excited about this merger because Cox Ferber’s client base complements Gross Mendelsohn’s specialty areas, particularly real estate and high net worth families,” Gross Mendelsohn’s managing partner David Goldner said in a statement.

Goldner added that the combination will allow the firm to offer specialized services, which include computer software sales and implementation, network support, fraud prevention and investment management. “In addition, Gross Mendelsohn can offer a greater depth in various business areas and the ability to provide audit and technology-related services that Cox Ferber did not have the resources to offer before the merger.”
