The Strategic Valuation Group of Hill, Barth & King LLC has merged with Strategic Valuation Group of Warren, Ohio. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Strategic Valuation Group's managing director, Kelly L. Bianco, moved over to HBK as principal. The remaining staff will continue to carry out services in its Warren office.   

“We are excited about combining our resources with HBK Valuation Group”, Bianco said in a statement. “We sought to integrate with a firm that could leverage the valuation expertise we’ve developed.  Additionally, we will have greater capabilities to address tax and forensic issues that often arise in the course of our litigation support projects.”

As a whole, Boardman, Ohio-based HBK has 11 offices throughout Ohio, Florida and Pennsylvania. In February, the firm bolstered its reach in Pennsylvania when it acquired the Sewickley-based Carson & Co. LLC for an undisclosed amount.
