Haynie & Co., a regional accounting firm based in Salt Lake City, has acquired A.J. Robbins PC of Denver.
“From the very beginning of our discussions, it was obvious that A.J. and his partners and team have a focus on superior client service, which is also one of the hallmarks of our firm,” Haynie & Co. managing partner Dave Peterson said in a statement. “We are excited about the synergies that are already developing in just the two short weeks since the merger became a reality, and look forward to the growth and prosperity that our clients will experience as a result of this acquisition.”
A.J. Robbins’ partners and staff bring with them nearly three decades of experience in the areas of accounting and audit services, plus a number of specialty areas, including SEC securities, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, business valuation, estate planning, eldercare financial services, business consulting and advisory services.
Partners A.J. Robbins and Richard Fleischman, along with their staff, have all joined Haynie & Co.
The team members have been relocated to the Littleton, Colo., office of Haynie & Co.
