Intuit has made several updates to its ProLine Tax Online tax prep application for this tax season.

Intuit’s ProLine Tax Online is a Software as a Service, Web-based product that lets tax professionals prepare and electronically file 1040 and business forms. ProLine Tax Online provides a data entry and tax review process designed to streamline preparation and increase productivity.

ProLine Tax Online adds several forms for tax year 2010, including Form 1040 for all 50 states that require filing and support of e-file for all agencies that support it. Business Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120s are also now available for all 50 states that require filing as well as expanded product help.

The online software also provides a single client view for 2009 and 2010 tax returns, as well as year-to-year data rollover. Multi-user capabilities make it easier to work with others in the office or work remotely. The Web-based software also features enhanced data entry, including an auto-fill feature, W-2 auto calculation, notes and status. ProLine Tax Online also features an updated user interface this tax season, as well as improved navigation.
