Presentations from the 2012 IRS Tax Forums are now available online.

Topics include taxation and retirement; CE; estate and gift taxes; exempt organizations; clients’ rights; EITC due diligence; provisions of Circular 230; 2012 income tax law changes; and trust fund recovery penalties, among others.

The seminars are presented with video, PDF slides and with captions if desired. Transcripts are also available.

CPE credit is available for the seminars, though viewers must have an account with the IRS Nationwide Tax Forums Online and purchase the seminar for $49. Seminars may be purchased one at a time or as a group, with purchases made through PayPal. Viewers have one calendar year from the date of purchase to complete the course.

Seminars may be viewed more than once, but a final exam for credit attempted only twice with a passing rate of 70 percent to receive CPE credit. A certificate of completion may be printed for each seminar successfully completed.

Seminars are also available for forums held in 2011, 2010 and 2009.
