Outsourced Incorporation Services Offered to Firms

Tampa, Fla. (May 27, 2009)

A Florida company has introduced an affiliate program that allows accounting firms and law practices to provide business incorporation services to clients if they don’t already have them.

MaxFilings, an online incorporation service, is offering one option that allows clients to deal exclusively with the accounting or law firm while the business formation professionals at MaxFilings remain behind the scenes. With another option, the affiliate firm can simply refer clients to MaxFilings.com, and they can use the company’s online system to enter their own information to incorporate the business.

Clients can form a C or S corporation, a limited liability company, or a nonprofit corporation with additional business-related services. Firms active in the affiliate program can also qualify to promote their business and Web site through the MaxFilings site.
