Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas PC will now provide consulting services to businesses looking to file economic loss claims as part of a class action suit, such as the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

The settlement and claims consulting team assists business owners in their investigation of potential claims and helps identify economic losses in relation to the Deepwater Horizon Settlement Agreement. The team will assist business owners that are located in the economic loss zones – Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. In addition, PKF Texas can assist with the actual claim filing process.
