Actress and model Pamela Anderson is facing a pair of tax liens from the Internal Revenue Service and the state of California totaling more than $370,000.

The “Baywatch” star was hit with a tax lien by the IRS for $259,395.75 for unpaid taxes in 2011, and a $112,118.90 tax lien from California for unpaid taxes for the same year, according to TMZ. Back in 2009, she faced an IRS tax lien of $1.7 million, and a tax lien for $252,360 from California (see Tax Liens Filed Against Pamela Anderson).

At the time, Anderson blamed her tax debts on errors in calculating her taxes. “Mistakes may have been made in calculating taxes owed, and we are now in the process of ensuring that any taxes owed are paid,” she said in a statement in September 2009. Her press representatives have not yet issued a comment on her current tax debts.
