Joe Mulcahy, the former Senior Vice President of Thomson Reuters PTS, has been named Ryan principal and Property Tax Practice Leader.  Mark A. Paolillo, the former vice president of Thomson Reuters PTS's Unclaimed Property practice, has been named Ryan principal and Abandoned and Unclaimed Property Practice Leader.  Tom Loban, the former vice president of Thomson Reuters PTS Consulting Services, has been named Ryan principal and Commercial Property Tax Practice Leader. Former Thomson Reuters PTS professionals Tom Brannigan, Steve Buck, Dan Galati, Joe Grissaffi, Susan C. Han, Marc A. Hartley, Shawn M. King, Shane Moncrief, Gary Rucker, and Jeff Tuthill have been appointed to the leadership team as principals. Daniel Goelzer, a former general counsel of the Securities and Exchange Commission and a founding board member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, has returned to Baker & McKenzie as a partner. … The Internal Revenue Service selected six new members to the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council. The new members are: Michele J. Alexander, owner of Jackson, Jackson & Jackson, in Pittsburgh; Mark Stephen Mesler, a principal at Ernst & Young, LLP, in Atlanta; Luis Parra, owner of Key Accounting of New York, in the Bronx, N.Y.;  David M.
