Kevin Rhode has joined The Bonadio Group, Pittsford, as accountant in-charge for the commercial team. Prior to Bondadio, Rhode worked as an assurance associate at PwC LLP. Katie Dayton joined the firm as senior human resource specialist for the enterprise team. Dayton worked at Brown & Brown as an employee benefits consultant. … Doug Schrock has been promoted to managing partner in the manufacturing and distribution services division at Crowe Horwath LLP, New York. Joe Macina has joined the firm as partner in its audit services department. Prior to Crowe, Macina was a partner at KPMG. Steve Lalor has been elected as a new director in the firm’s tax divison.

Kia Buckner has joined Heffler, Radetich & Saitta LLP, Philadelphia, as a principal. Buckner will be responsible for managing the firm’s audit department which will include coordinating the firm peer review and instituting and monitoring the quality control procedures and staffing for all attestation engagements. She will also play a key role in business development and strategic planning.

Nazzaro joins PwC from the Department of Justice Criminal Division and assists global organizations, including those operating in emerging markets, to develop threat management capabilities.

WISCONSIN
Steve Thompson has been named the partner-in-charge of Wipfli LLP’s health care practice. Thompson suceeds Bob Parrish, who will be retiring after having led Wipfli’s health care industry practice for the past 15 years. In his new role, Thompson will be responsible for continuing to build the health care practice for the firm and leading Wipfli’s experienced health care team as they continue to serve organizations in the health care industry and provide them with insightful thought leadership and guidance.
