Michael Gracik will take over the reigns of managing partner at Keiter, Richmond, from Lewis Hall, who held the position for 15 years and is now set to retire. Gracik will take on his new role on Jan. 1, 2014. In addition, Julie Gustavsson has taken on the role of chief operating officer.
