Rosen, Sapperstein & Friedlander has acquired the assets of Washington, D.C.-based Becker & Co., formerly known as the Maryland office of MargolisBecker LLC.
The acquisition provides RS&F with a specialization in the print and media industries as well as a range of clients in various other markets. RS&F has hired all of Becker’s employees.
RS&F caters to middle-market businesses and high-net-worth families throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Its technical expertise and operational resources will benefit Becker’s clients through increased service offerings and dynamic client service. Additionally, RS&F’s affiliation with CPA Associates International, an association of independent CPA and Chartered Accounting firms, expands Becker’s national and international resources in the areas of tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting.

“RS&F complements our work with middle-market businesses while providing our clients with services such as audits, forensic accounting, expanded operational consulting and complex tax advisory,” Becker & Co.'s former managing partner Bart Krupnick said in a statement.
Krupnick has been named a partner of RS&F and now leads the print and media industries division of RS&F as well as oversees RS&F’s DC-area office.
Joe Becker, founder of Becker & Co., is also joining RS&F as a principal, working with print and media industry clients.
