Cloud-based global equity administration, financial reporting and compliance service Solium Capital Inc. will acquire cloud accounting and compliance application provider OptionEase Inc.

The transaction is expected to close in November 2012 and subject to customary closing conditions.

The deal will help combine OptionEase’s software-as-a-service equity management for the governance, risk and compliance marketplace with Solium’s Shareworks platform, which combines automated recordkeeping, trade execution and reporting of all equity-based compensation plans on a single, integrated platform.
