REDW LLC agreed to unite with Abalos & Associates PLLC, and Miller, Allen & Co., PC. The firms will take on the REDW name.

“We look forward to enhancing our level of service, responsiveness and expertise to our clients in Arizona, California and the Southwest,” said Mike Allen, a principal in charge of the REDW Phoenix office.

“With this union, our services complement each other,” added Miller, Allen & Co.’s principal Steve Harris. “REDW offers additional services and greater depth of resources that resonate with the clients we serve as they become increasingly sophisticated and complex. Partnering with REDW allows us to take our ability to meet their needs to the next level while still providing the personal service our clients depend on.”

Employees from the three firms will join the combined firm. The firms will operate out of their existing locations until REDW’s new Phoenix office opens later this fall.
