Cloud-based workflow management software provider XCM Solutions plans to re-launch its marketing Web site to commemorate its 10-year anniversary next week.

The main theme of the new site focuses on XCM’s customers, how they helped XCM develop its product offerings, and postings of client success stories. The revamped site will also show how customers can link to XCM via social media, subscribe to the company’s newsletter and attend user conferences.
From a functionality standpoint, the revamped site will feature a scrolling home page banner that showcases XCM’s offerings, along with chief executive and founder Mark Albrecht’s blog, which will be housed on the site and optimized for online interaction, social media and videos.
The company also said Friday that it saw a 95.5 percent renewal rate with its existing clients, as well as over 100 new clients over the past fiscal year.
“I think we enjoy such tremendous loyalty because our clients know that their input is not only appreciated, but helps to guide the direction of our development efforts,” said Bob Locke, vice president of sales at XCM. “That’s a powerful concept—that they are in essence positively impacting the value XCM delivers as a productivity tool for them and for all users.”
