Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld Acquires Andrew M. Freedman’s Practice

Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld PC has acquired the accounting and tax practice of Andrew M. Freedman, CPA.

“Andrew’s firm and ours have known each other for many years and have always enjoyed a mutually respectful and close working relationship,” Abrams Little-Gill’s principal and managing partner Ron Loberfeld said in a statement. “Given our familiarity, our mutual strong focus on providing high-quality client service and value and the manner in which our firms partner with clients, it made sense for us to join forces when Andy decided to retire. We welcome Andy’s clients on board and look forward to continuing to serve them and to meeting their expectations as he always has.”

Abrams Little-Gill’s director, Kristin Kelley, will lead the services transition at the firm’s Chestnut Hill, Mass., location. Freedman's practice had been based in Needham, Mass., for 33 years prior to his retirement.
