Intuit Localizes QB Connect

Tax and accounting software vendor Intuit has launched a series of local events running up to its annual QuickBooks Connect conference in October.

The QuickBooks Connect Local events will take place in five cities across the U.S. starting late May, offering educational seminars, training sessions and more to small-business owners, accountants and software developers.

The events will roll out monthly through October:

• Boulder, Colo. – May 21
• Atlanta – June 25
• Detroit – July 16
• Austin, Texas – September 22
• Seattle – October 8

Entrepreneur Bill Rancic, who served as program advocate for the original QuickBooks Small Business Big Game contest in 2013 (which is being revived this year), will keynote the tour.
