Comedian Chris Tucker Settles IRS Tax Lien

Comedian and actor Chris Tucker has reportedly settled a tax lien with the Internal Revenue Service, with his representative blaming “poor accounting and business management.”

The co-star of the “Rush Hour” movie series (with Jackie Chan) settled with the IRS after the agency filed a $2.5 million lien against him in Georgia, according to CNN. Tucker’s rep disputed an earlier report from TMZ on Monday that Tucker had owed the IRS $14 million.

Tucker’s spokesman said the actor’s representatives reached a resolution with the IRS last Friday and his case has been settled.
