CliftonLarsonAllen Acquires Illinois Agricultural Auditing Association

CliftonLarsonAllen has acquired the Illinois Agricultural Auditing Association, a Normal, Ill.-based accounting and consulting group providing services to Midwest agricultural businesses.

Founded in 1924, the IAAA provides services to agricultural membership organizations as well as grain elevators, farm supply retailers and seed companies.

“IAAA has garnered a strong reputation serving cooperatives, agribusinesses and Farm Bureaus,” CLA regional managing principal Steve DeBruyn said in a statement.

The new addition will help CLA to expand throughout Bloomington, Normal and Springfield, Illinois.

More than 20 IAAA professionals will join CLA. “With the addition of IAAA, CLA’s agribusiness and cooperatives group will have over 125 employees serving over 5,000 farmers, producers, processors and cooperatives across the country,” said DeBruyn.
