Comensure releases regulatory compliance and reporting tool

Comensure, which provides a cloud-based platform for measuring governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities, has released Comensure GRC, a standalone tool for businesses to manage their regulatory and internal compliance and reporting requirements.

The cloud-based application manages five major business governance activities: Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, enterprise risk management, internal audit, regulatory compliance and operational compliance/business process optimization. Comensure GRC also automates compliance and assurance tasks, provides workflow capabilities and creates standardized, automated reports. The tool is scalable for companies of any size.

Comensure notes that organizations own all their data within Comensure GRC, and can share it as deemed fit with any third parties.

Regulatory compliance concerns of small business owners

“ … Comensure GRC is an easy-to-use platform that replaces the traditional, fragmented approach to compliance via spreadsheets,” said Nick Bednorz, CEO of Comensure, in a statement. “By managing all business processes, risks and controls for both external and internal compliance requirements in one application, Comensure GRC consolidates and simplifies the compliance process and allows active participation in and management of compliance across the entire organization. It’s a platform for creating enterprise-wide visibility of compliance and risk that ultimately reduces the overall costs of compliance …”

Comensure GRC can be used independently of Comensure's other products, and the cost is $1,000 per user per year. For more information click here.
