FinancialForce Showcases Security and Compliance in New Site

Cloud financial and accounting software company FinancialForce.com has formed trust.financialforce.com, a new site that helps describe the company’s control processes, security, application quality and platform monitoring environment.

Anchored by FinancialForce.com’s recent completion of a SOC 1, Type II audit, trust.financialforce.com gives answers to relevant questions from businesses about the company’s cloud application reliability and controls.

[IMGCAP(1)]FinancialForce.com now provides customers a SOC 1 Type II report prepared by “an internationally recognized Big 4 auditing firm” and in accordance with Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16 Reporting on Controls at a Service Organization.  The audit indicated that FinancialForce.com’s Description of Services is fairly presented, that controls put in place by FinancialForce.com are suitably designed to meet any control objectives and that those controls were tested and operated effectively during the audit period.

The trust.financialforce.com site also details FinancialForce.com’s approach to ensuring high standards in financial application controls and quality. Useful links are also provided to help customers monitor system statistics and statuses, learn about scheduled maintenance windows and how to spot potential threats.

“Customers trust us to help them manage their most sensitive financial information.  They should not only know that we provide high quality and secure applications, they should know how.  The SOC 1 Type II report provides an independent opinion on the controls we’ve put in place,” said FinancialForce chief executive Jeremy Roche.  “[The new Website] is a symbol of our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and assurance.  We leave no stones unturned in our quest to build the highest quality cloud applications.”
