CliftonLarsonAllen Merges in Tsakopulos Brown Schott & Anchors

Tsakopulos Brown Schott & Anchors plans to join CliftonLarsonAllen, effective June 1, 2016, allowing CLA to expand to San Antonio, Texas.

CLA, based in Minneapolis, has been doing a number of M&A deals this year, merging in Adams, Martin & Associates, Bruner Cox, Four Point Partners, Guthoff Mehall Allen & Company, Komisar Brady & Co. LLP, and Galanti & Company P.C. The firm ranked 9th on Accounting Today’s 2016 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $650 million in annual revenue.

“We are confident that joining CLA is the best way to take to care of our clients and, at the same time, provide career opportunities for our team,” said Tsakopulos Brown Schott & Anchors founder Jim Tsakopulos in a statement. “Together, we bring additional capabilities to our clients and reinforce our commitment to serving them by expanding our resources.”

Tsakopulos Brown Schott & Anchorshas dates back to 1967. The firm’s team of more than 30 professionals will remain in their current location, enabling CLA to establish a presence in San Antonio.
