Morison International has added a new member firm in Casablanca: two-partner tax, legal, audit and advisory services firm Auditia.
MONTANA
Billings-based Schafer & Associates PC will join Top 100 Firm Eide Bailly LLP on December 14. Sole shareholder Matt Schafer and his team will move into Eide Bailly’s current Billings office.

Top 100 Firm O’Connor Davies LLP is merging with Stanley Marks & Co. LLP, Newburgh. … WeiserMazars LLP, New York City, has expanded and realigned its market segments as part of its ongoing growth strategy as the firm approaches its 100th anniversary. The expansion includes the formation of a dedicated International Services Group headed by partner Louis Osmont and a Professional Services/Entrepreneurial Business Group headed by partner John Witkowski. The realignment includes the combining of the Media and the Technology Groups, which will be led by partner Kevin Pianko. Additionally, in connection with the realignments, partner Kathryn A. Byrne was named leader of the Manufacturing & Distribution Practice Group. OHIO
Skoda Minotti, Cleveland, received an Edge Award for Process Improvement from the Leading Edge Alliance, which recognizes a project in the last year that successfully improved the operation or service delivery of the firm. Skoda Minotti received the award for its Lean Initiatives, which focused on reviewing all aspects of the firm’s processes to enhance consistent, repeatable processes that provide efficiency by eliminating unnecessary steps and activities.
OREGON
Enterprise-based Edison, Perry & Co. PC will join Top 100 Firm Eide Bailly LLP on Jan. 11, 2016, becoming Eide Bailly’s first office in Oregon. The union will add 16 staff to the firm, including one partner, Jeff Edison, who will also serve as office lead partner in Enterprise.
PENNSYLVANIA
Top 100 Firm Marcum LLP will merge in Philadelphia-based Smart, Devine & Co. LLC, on Dec. 1, 2015. Approximately 75 partners and staff will join Marcum, and the firm’s two Pennsylvania offices, in Philadelphia’s Center City and King of Prussia, will become part of the Marcum organization.
SOUTH CAROLINA
The internship program at Top 100 Firm Elliott Davis Decosimo, Greenville, was ranked second in the nation by Vault.com. This is the second consecutive year the firm has ranked second, higher than any other accounting firm.
VIRGINIA
Dent K. Burk Associates PC and Hodges, Jones & Mabry PC have merged with Brown, Edwards & Co. LLP, giving the latter nearly 300 associates in nine offices in Blacksburg, Bristol, Harrisonburg, Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Wytheville; in Charleston and Bluefield, W.Va.; and in Kingsport, Tenn.
WYOMING
Denver-based Anton Collins Mitchell LLP will merge in Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC, Laramie, on Jan. 1, 2016.
