Preferred Accounting Services, LLC has joined Mountjoy Chilton Medley LLP, effective Sept. 1, 2016.
The deal enables MCM to expand its accounting services department and grow its restaurant franchise niche. The combined firm will offer accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, outsourced CFO services, payroll services, general ledger maintenance, cash management and financial and management reports, along with other services.

The move will bring 10 new members, including Bryant, to MCM’s accounting services team. Melanie Clark, director of accounting services, will continue to lead the team, who will be based in MCM’s Jeffersonville, Ind., office.
