Sartain Fischbein & Co. has agreed to merge into the Top 100 Firm Eide Bailly LLP. The deal will close on June 1, 2015.

Sartain Fischbein brings six partners and 32 staff members to Eide Bailly, giving the firm a total of 26 offices in 12 states and raising its professional count to 1,600, which includes 236 partners. After combining practices, the Tulsa office will have nince partners and approximately 60 staff members.

“We have been friendly competitors and enjoyed a great working relationship with Sartain Fischbein for many years. Because businesses require and need more services, it makes good business sense to combine our practices,” stated Dave Stende, managing partner and CEO of Eide Bailly. The firm currently has offices in Oklahoma City, Norman and Tulsa. “By adding Sartain Fischbein to our Tulsa practice, we will strengthen our overall presence in Oklahoma and the surrounding regions, and be able to help even more businesses.”

According to Stende, Eide Bailly is known for its small firm/large firm approach to service. “As a regional firm, we have a personal, respectful approach to service and, at the same time, we offer ‘big four’ business solutions for our clients,” Stende explained. “Our clients appreciate this. They appreciate the Eide Bailly Difference.”

Tom Goekeler, managing partner of Sartain Fischbein, will serve as partner-in-charge of the combined Tulsa office, which will include four Eide Bailly partners: Dan Cunningham, Janice Wilburn, Jeff Cullison and Tom Ritchie; and five additional partners from Sartain Fischbein: Kevin Fite, Dan Neale, Gregory Taylor, Michael Thornberry and Brian Tims.
