Intuit to Acquire Lettuce

Intuit agreed to acquire Lettuce, a start-up providing cloud-based solutions and an inventory and order management system to product-based small businesses.

As a current Intuit Partner Platform developer, Lettuce’s solutions are already integrated within QuickBooks, with the majority of customers already utilizing the integration.

Lettuce’s cloud-based order management solution features a mobile app that enables small to medium-sized businesses to capture, track and process orders anywhere in real-time, providing simultaneous access for employees and customers, and connecting to back-office systems like QuickBooks Online.

Lettuce is Intuit’s sixth acquisition this fiscal year, ending July 31, 2014, joining the recently acquired Docstoc, Good April, Full Slate, Level Up Analytics and Prestwick Services.
